As all the products we offer are printed-on-demand and exclusively customized for you, it usually takes 2-3 days for us to print and manufacture your order. Once shipped via DTDC, you should ideally receive your order within 7 working days.

You can surely order an art print as a gift for someone, but unfortunately, we are not offering gift wrapped finish at the moment and we are also not including your personal message along with your order.
Unfortunately, when your credit/debit card gets declined, the only information that we receive from the system is the word "DECLINED".

Your card can be declined for various reasons:
  • There may be a mistake in the entered card number.
  • The billing address might not match with the one in the database.
  • The CVV2 number (i.e. the number on the back of the card) may be incorrect.
  • The daily spending limit on your card may have been exceeded.

If all the information entered is correct and still your card is being declined, we request you to contact your bank/service provider.
The only difference is in the "shine" of the canvas. Glossy prints have a shiny coating applied to them which causes the canvas to reflect light better. Matte canvasdoes not have this coating.
We have designed exclusive packaging that protects your art print from getting damaged in transit. But however, if your art print is damaged in transit, we will replace it. All you need to do is get in touch with us at info@justprintz.com
The image size is the actual size of the printed image. For example, if the image size is 8" x 10", and overall size is 11” x 13”, the printed area is 8” x 10” and the total area including the frames and white border is 11” x 13”.
If you order a rolled art print, by default we give a 2.5” white border that helps you frame it or mount it later on.
If you order a paper print, we leave 1” border around the image for framing.
Incase you have ordered for mounted art prints, the image size and the overall size are the same.
No, the JustPrintz logo that is shown on the website images is a watermark added only for the security of the images. It is not printed on your ordered art prints.
Yes, you can add your personal message on the greeting cards. While placing the order, you can enter your desired message in the respective text box and we will print it on the inside of your greeting cards. However, we are not offering the option to print a different message on every greeting cards.
