Unfortunately, when your credit/debit card gets declined, the only information that
we receive from the system is the word "DECLINED".
Your card can be declined for various reasons:
- There may be a mistake in the entered card number.
- The billing address might not match with the one in the database.
- The CVV2 number (i.e. the number on the back of the card) may be incorrect.
- The daily spending limit on your card may have been exceeded.
If all the information entered is correct and still your card is being declined,
we request you to contact your bank/service provider.
