reliability, timeliness and performance of the product. You specifically acknowledge
that JustPrintz is not liable for your defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct
or such conduct by third parties, and you expressly assume all risks and responsibilities
for damages and losses arising from such conduct. Except for express, limited remedies
provided herein, and to the fullest extent allowed by the law, JustPrintz shall
not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of product, including
but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary,
or punitive damages, even if JustPrintz has been advised of the possibility of such
damages. The foregoing disclaimers, waivers and limitations shall apply not withstanding
any failure or essential purpose of any limited remedy. Some jurisdictions do not
allow the exclusion of limitations on certain warranties or damages. Therefore some
of the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. In no event shall JustPrintz
aggregate liability to you exceed the amount paid by you to JustPrintz pursuant
to the agreement.
Other than the mentioned, JustPrintz does not own and takes no responsibility of
any artworks, designs or images on the website. JustPrintz accumulates and sources
the artworks, designs and images from various sources and sells the print copies.
JustPrintz does not own or claim any responsibility about the originality and copyright
of the said artworks, designs and images uploaded by JustPrintz, user or by third
parties. If there is an infringement or copyright violation, the viewer, visitor,
user, buyer or the claimer is requested to contact legal@justprintz.com and the
disputed image, design, artwork will be deleted from the website. JustPrintz does
not hold any liability for any such disputed artwork.
